Natasha has extensive business development experience across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and other international markets. She has been Chief of Staff to Jorn Lyseggen since 2012, and is part of the founding team of SHACK15, serving as Managing Director today.

Natasha is passionate about working with the next generation of global software entrepreneurs, with a unique focus on bridging Silicon Valley and Africa. As a Board Member of the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST Africa) located in Ghana, she helped amass a portfolio of 40 companies across the continent in eCommerce, fintech, agritech, and SaaS.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a double minor in Spanish and Women & Gender Studies from the University of Toronto, Canada, a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham,
UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is a trained yoga instructor and loves a good sound bath.
